Our newly developed Electronic Linen Management System (eLMS) is a powerful mobile application designed to streamline linen tracking and replenishment across multiple locations.With eLMS, users can easily monitor linen stock levels using any mobile device. By scanning preassigned QR codes, the app instantly displays detailed linen information—enabling dispatchers to determine required quantities quickly and accurately. Replenishment and record-keeping are completed seamlessly within the app, and end users can confirm transactions through a secure digital signature on the same device.
By integrating eLMS with our existing eLaundry (RFID) and eVoucher systems, Laundry Lobby continues to set new standards in operational excellence—offering customers a seamless, digital, and future-ready laundry management experience.

With a simple pass through our RFID scanners, data is captured and stored wirelessly, providing complete analytics, traceability, and transparency for every item processed.
At the final stage, our system automatically transfers the data to our eVoucher platform, generating precise delivery records and billing information — all without manual counting or data entry. This seamless integration eliminates human error and ensures accuracy from start to finish.

(2016) Laundry Lobby eVoucher - Seamless & Paperless
Our eVoucher system is a web-based platform designed to provide customers with digital delivery and billing information — fully integrated with our eLaundry system via our secure internal wireless network.
Delivery Orders are presented on a tablet, where customers simply confirm with a digital signature. Once confirmed, delivery details are instantly sent to the customer's pre-designated email address, ensuring fast and accurate communication.
All delivery data is then automatically consolidated by the system for final invoice generation, eliminating the need for manual entry and reducing the risk of errors.
With this system in place, Laundry Lobby offers a truly seamless, efficient, and 100% paperless experience — saving time, improving accuracy, and supporting our commitment to sustainability.
